I know a woman of 60 who swears he has never wrinkles and plastic surgery and she said that she used Preparation H on your skin to keep tight. Can this be true?

It is based on an urban legend, but some people believe that Preparation H is useful in treating a swollen eye, because they temporarily restrict the blood vessels in the area over which it applies. There are many different types of preparation H, but they all perform essentially the same function - they just use different ingredients to reduce irritation. Preparation H with hydrocortisone at a concentration of 1% of the material, very low as you can get the hydrocortisone creams, with concentrations of up to 2.5% in the bar. But if your eyes - it can cause serious damage to some of the ingredients found in the PH.
Initial treatment (which some think really works for face questions) is only in Canada, I think.
